EZTube App Transition Notice

Hi there! We’re making an important upgrade to improve your viewing experience.

Starting June1st, all EZTube services will move to the X3MPlayer app. The EZTube app will be retired, and your channels and playlists will now be available directly in X3MPlayer.

NOTE: We are still building the P2 playlist this will be ready by next Friday. Which is when we hope to start transitioning users to the new system.

Please remember — only you can complete this setup. Do not wait until the last second or until you open the EZTube app and discover your service has been shut off. When EZTube is sunset on June 1st, the app may stop working at the most inconvenient time.

We will start taking V3 codes on Friday May 15th, if you send a picture it will be ignored. Please type out the code and then send it to us.

Taking a few minutes now will prevent any interruption to your service.

Our operating hours have changed, and all customers must follow the support process below to receive help.

Open: 10:00 AM Close: 7:00 PM

Saturday’s Open: 10:00 AM Close: 3:00 PM

CLOSED SUNDAY’S TICKETS WILL BE ANSWERED ON MONDAY AT 10:00 AM

If you contact us, you will receive an automatic text message. If you choose not to read it, we cannot assist you — the information is there for your benefit.

Upcoming Price Update (Effective July 1st)

For the first time in almost ten years, we will be making a small adjustment to the EZTube 3‑Month Service Package. Beginning July 1st, the price will increase by $10 per 3‑month cycle — which breaks down to just $3.33 more per month.

We’ve held off on raising prices for nearly a decade, even as our operating costs have steadily climbed. We’ve absorbed those increases for as long as possible, but prices across the industry are significantly higher today, and we can no longer fully shield customers from those changes.

What’s not changing:

  • We will continue offering discount codes
  • We remain committed to keeping EZTube one of the most affordable, reliable streaming options available
  • We will always communicate changes clearly and early

Supported on: iPhone, iPad, Android
Requires a separate monthly subscription.

🔐 Google Account Reminder

If your device asks for a Google password:

  • Switch to your own Gmail account, or
  • Create one (takes about 10 minutes)

🎬 VOD Requests

Requests are accepted only on Mondays through the website link.

TV Shows:

  • If a show has more than 3 seasons, we add the current season and one previous season.
  • Future seasons will be added as they release.

Requests from customers who refer others may be prioritized.

📦 Device Upgrade Notice

Older devices like X96 boxes or Fire devices are no longer supported.

Renewal Policy Update

Starting March 1st:

  • If you miss your renewal and do not renew by 10 AM on your renewal date, your 3-month code will be deactivated.
  • Discounts cannot be honored after deactivation.
