In addition to the EZTube LITE for your mobile devices, we now have a web browser addition, LAPTOP SPECIFIC AND PERFECT FOR ON THE GO BUSINESS TRAVEL. This includes live tv and VOD.*** The cost for this service is $18 a month. If you order this service in the month of February or March, you will receive a free Month. This product is billed yearly at $216. So, if you order today or in Feb/March your cost for this year is $198. This new product will not work well on phones.

The current customer that refers a total of 5 friends/family etc… and they purchase Devices for HOME service will receive a brand new 55” TV. We will run this contest till the end of March.  Send a text if have any questions.

To the mobile customers, you are responsible for making sure you pay your invoice sent to you on the 1st of the month. We do not send text reminders, if you miss your payment window there will be a reconnection fee (Emails are sent almost daily). This also goes for HOME customers if you miss your payment window the coupon will be revoked.

This continues to be a problem… 

(Can’t stress this enough if you don’t open a ticket then you won’t get a response, even if the ticket is not something the format supports you still need to do it. Answer to the best of your ability and put your reason in the notes.)

-On the go forward if you are asked for a password from GOOGLE, simply switch accounts and use your own Gmail, nothing will break. And if you don’t have a GOOGLE account, it takes 10 minutes to set one up. 

-TV SHOW AND MOVIE REQUESTS CAN NOW ONLY BE SENT ON MONDAY’S. IF THEY ARE SENT ANY OTHER DAY THEY WILL BE IGNORED, IF THEY ARE NOT sent in via the website link they will be ignored.

Those of you still using something other than a Shield or ONN device (We have very affordable pricing on the ONN devices), your old devices we WILL NOT be troubleshooted your trouble tickets will go unanswered. It’s time to UPGRADE!

VOD Request – NOTE if the show is more than 3 seasons long we will only add the current and 1 previous season. All go forward seasons will be honored. If you have not referred any one to the service your request will not be prioritized. Use the link below to create a request.

Missed your renewal…
We send plenty of notices for you to renew. Starting March 1st if you fail to renew before the 10AM day of your renewal the 3months code will be deactivated on your account. The servers will shut you down, this is a costly process for us to reactivate all your accounts therefore you lose your discount.

New Devices…
We have a new device in the shop that is Ethernet Enabled. We also have decided to sell a Wifi ONLY device but you must send a text message to Help Desk to inquire about these. Click here to see the

Folks if you are still using a X96 device or (God Forbid) a Fire Shit it is time to upgrade. These devices are nearing the end of life and the service can’t run properly on them. Help Desk does not have the tools to troubleshoot these devices any more.

New Movies and Shows…

NEW  MOVIES AND TV SHOWS LIST

The Live TV Guide is updated between 8AM and 9AM every morning and 1PM and 3PM in the afternoon to capture the channels that were not ready in the AM. To ensure you have the most updated version of the guide, exit EZTube and relaunch. The channels will appear automatically. If the guide needs to scan and the app feels sticky. Take a 3 minute breather while the data updates, after a couple minutes you should be able to surf while the entire guide updates. This process can also cause, what seems like buffering, but really is the transition taking place. Depending on the last time the app was used will determine how much data needs to drop and be added. For example, if it has been 48 hours since your last use, 2 days of data need to fall off and 2 days of new data need to be added. This takes time depending your internet connectivity (Wifi usually takes longer) and the process really shouldn’t be interrupted.
