Supported on: iPhone, iPad, Android
Requires a separate monthly subscription.

🎫 Always Open a Ticket

If you need help, submit a ticket through the website. Text messages after 7 PM are answered the next day only if a ticket was submitted.

🔐 Google Account Reminder

If your device asks for a Google password:

  • Switch to your own Gmail account, or
  • Create one (takes about 10 minutes)

🎬 VOD Requests

Requests are accepted only on Mondays through the website link.

TV Shows:

  • If a show has more than 3 seasons, we add the current season and one previous season.
  • Future seasons will be added as they release.

Requests from customers who refer others may be prioritized.

📦 Device Upgrade Notice

For the best performance, we recommend:

  • Nvidia Shield
  • ONN devices (affordable options available)

Older devices like X96 boxes or Fire devices are no longer supported.

🆕 New Devices Available

We now offer:

  • A new Ethernet‑enabled device
  • A Wi‑Fi–only device (text Help Desk to inquire)

Renewal Policy Update

Starting March 1st:

  • If you miss your renewal and do not renew by 10 AM on your renewal date, your 3‑month code will be deactivated.
  • Discounts cannot be honored after deactivation.

🎥 New Movies & Shows

Click the link in your account to see all new movies and TV shows added in February.

📺 Live TV Guide Updates

The guide updates twice daily:

  • 8 AM – 9 AM
  • 1 PM – 3 PM

To ensure you have the latest guide:

  1. Exit EZTube
  2. Relaunch the app
  3. Allow the guide to scan

If the app feels slow or sticky, give it a few minutes. If you haven’t used the app in a couple of days, it may need extra time to remove old data and load new data. This may temporarily look like buffering — that’s normal.
