Those of you still using something other than a Shield or ONN device (We have very affordable pricing on the ONN devices text us to inquire), your old devices we can’t troubleshoot any more your trouble tickets will go unanswered. It’s time to UPGRADE!

We have instituted a new service fee of $5 on all transactions. You still get the discount code. We have not raised the price in almost 4 years, there are costs associated with our transactions this is to cover that cost. If you don’t like it feel free to go back to expensive cable.

If you send in a text and you don’t receive a response, that is because you didn’t READ the automated response WE SENT BACK. The text tells you exactly what you need to do! You can lead the horse to the water, but you can’t make ’em drink it.

PLEASE USE THE NFL CATEORY CHANNELS INSTEAD OF LOCALS! THE NFL CATEORY CHANNELS ARE LOCATED ON BIGGER SERVERS AND CAN HANDLE MORE TRAFFIC.

-New P1 – everyone will be switched over by Nov 1. Once the switch happens you will need to let the guide scan fully or its possible YOU will need to clear the data. Reach out if you are having trouble with the guide data on the quick menu.

-The Live TV Guide is updated between 8AM and 9AM every morning and 1PM and 3PM in the afternoon to capture the channels that were not ready in the AM. To ensure you have the most updated version of the guide, exit EZTube and relaunch. The channels will appear automatically. If the guide needs to scan and the app feels sticky. Take a 3 minute breather while the data updates, after a couple minutes you should be able to surf while the entire guide updates. This process can also cause, what seems like buffering, but really is the transition taking place. Depending on the last time the app was used will determine how much data needs to drop and be added. For example, if it has been 48 hours since your last use, 2 days of data need to fall off and 2 days of new data need to be added. This takes time depending your internet connectivity (Wifi usually takes longer) and the process really shouldn’t be interrupted.  

-TV SHOW AND MOVIE REQUESTS CAN NOW ONLY BE SENT ON MONDAY’S. IF THEY ARE SENT ANY OTHER DAY THEY WILL BE IGNORED, IF THEY ARE NOT IN THE FORMAT LAID OUT BELOW THEY WILL BE IGNORED. 

-PLEASE NOTE THAT WE OPEN AT 10AM CENTRAL AND CLOSE AT 7PM CENTRAL, text messages after 7PM will be answered the following day ONLY IF THEY ARE IN THE TICKET FORMAT BELOW.

-HELP DESK TICKETS DURING OPERATING HOURS WILL ONLY BE ANSWERED IF THEY ARE IN THE TICKET FORMAT BELOW.

-IF YOU REQUEST A HOME VISIT THERE WILL BE A COST NOW AT $50 AN HOUR. 

-On a go forward if you ask for a password from GOOGLE, simply use your own, nothing will break. And if you don’t have a GOOGLE account, it takes 10 minutes set one up.

VOD Request – NOTE if the show is more than 3 seasons long we will only add the current and 1 previous season. All go forward seasons will be honored. If you have not referred any one to the service your request will not be prioritized. Use the link below to create a request.

Movie or TV Show Request Link

Referral Program…
Starting March 1st we are reinstituting the referral program. If you refer more than 5 new customers and they all purchase services. You will receive a special code at your next renewal cycle. This program will run Quarterly, for example Q1 ends March 31st. If you have 5 referrals during this time period. You have earned an extra $10 off your renewal for a total of $25. To be eligible, your referrals will need to purchase devices and services from EZTube.

Missed your renewal…
We send plenty of notices for you to renew. Starting March 1st if you fail to renew before the 10AM day of your renewal the 3months code will be deactivated on your account. The servers will shut you down, this is a costly process for us to reactivate all your accounts therefore you lose your discount.

New Devices…
We have a new device in the shop that is Ethernet Enabled. We also have decided to sell a Wifi ONLY device but you must send a text message to Help Desk to inquire about these. Click here to see the

Folks if you are still using a X96 device or (God Forbid) a Fire Shit it is time to upgrade. These devices are nearing the end of life and the service can’t run properly on them. Help Desk does not have the tools to troubleshoot these devices any more.
